The HHT Difference – Our Customized Program
- The computer case is not just a plain beige box anymore – Our computer cases are customized for function and looks. With options for front panel attachments to connect digital cameras, digital camcorders, media cards, and any device that uses USB or Firewire, your case is now a functional part of your system. We offer a multitude of case colors with or without side panel windows and interior case lighting, so you can play the design features up or keep them muted, whatever your taste.
- All of our customized systems come pre-installed with simple-to-use maintenance software to insure an efficient, secure computing experience. Our maintenance software package includes tools for preventing and removing viruses and spyware that can slow systems down and even destroy data. We do not load your new machine with self-serving advertising and programs that lure you into buying more.
- Before you pick up your computer, we have already updated all of the operating system patches and hardware drivers. We have performed diagnostic system scans to assure complete reliability and performance. You will receive printed reports detailing the hardware and software contents of your system and diagnostic scan results.
- We color-code label all input connections on your system to make hardware attachments as easy as possible. If you have your own hardware such as monitors, keyboards, printers, etc. you can bring them in and we’ll connect them to your new system with the latest required hardware drivers. We’ll label the connections on these devices as well, or provide you with a sheet of labels so you can label them at your home or office.
- We encourage all of our clients to take a pre-flight test of their new computer system before they leave our office. We will walk you through the features of your new computer and show you how to perform simple maintenance tasks to keep it in tip-top shape.
- We provide optional carrying harnesses for easy transport of your system anywhere you may take it.
- We host a “Client Only” page on our website to keep you posted on critical updates and patches for your new system. We will also provide you with reminders and tools to simplify the maintenance procedures for your new system. We also publish a monthly newsletter full of hints and tricks
